Wooden Spoon is the Official Rugby Charity and since its foundation in 1983 has raised over £8.5 million to help support children and young people challenged either mentally socially and or physically. The Charity has nearly 10,000 members and an impressive list of corporate supporters. At the present time it is engaged in the funding of 40 projects throughout the UK and Ireland and supports the National Schools Sevens in association with Rosslyn Park.
